Is it legal for a co-worker to spread my personal business obtaining to my sex change?
Co-workers are telling new staff to avoid me due to me being transgender. They tell me that I have to use a cetain bathroom and my uniform is different that everyone else's. I have asked them to stop but they continue to do it.

It depends on a few things. Does your state have laws protecting people from gender harassment? Does your company have an internal policy for such things? Making you wear different clothing from everyone else is almost certainly a violation of your rights under regular anti-discrimination laws.
Have you spoken to your boss/supervisor. If your company is approving of your transitioning on the job, they should feel obligated to stop this sort of behavior.
